Shipping & Returns

We offer one simple shipping method: Standard. Every item is printed to order, so please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships.

All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped.

Every piece is printed to order especially for you, so we do not accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

If something is genuinely wrong with your order, we will always put it right:

• Damaged, faulty, or misprinted items
• The wrong item or wrong size sent to you
• Orders lost in transit

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — and in most cases you will not need to send the item back.

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges for a different size or colour. Exchanges are only available where an item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered — in that case we replace it free of charge.
